The basic 18-item, extended 26-item and full 90-item versions of SNAP-IV are available free from the ADHD toolkit on www.shared-care.ca. The SNAP-IV (26 items), ADHD-RS and SKAMP scales can be obtained free from CADDRA in their ADHD Assessment Toolkit ( www.caddra.ca ).

The full ADHD-RS scales and scoring manual (DuPaul et al. 2016) can be purchased from Guilford Press ( www.guilford.com ), but a number of virtually identical symptom lists are freely available online from CADDRA, for example.

The Conners 3 parent, teacher and self-completion scales can be purchased from Pearson Education ( www.pearsonclinical.co.uk ).

The first (and very adequate) edition of the 2002 NICHQ Vanderbilt Assessment Scales can be downloaded free from www.nichq.org. The second 2011 edition can be purchased from the American Academy of Pediatrics ( www.shop.aap.org ).

The Dundee-Difficult Times Of Day Scale (D-DTODS) is available free from www.healthcareimprovementscotland.org.
